Things we find ourselves explaining, written down properly
These are the conversations we have most often with clients, set out in full so you can read them without booking a meeting. No search bait, no ten point listicles, just the honest reasoning behind decisions that cost businesses real money.
Why we write these at all
Every one of these articles started as an explanation given on a telephone call, repeated often enough that writing it down became sensible. They exist mainly so that clients can read our reasoning before deciding whether they agree with it, which is a better basis for a working relationship than taking assurances on trust.
They are deliberately not written to attract traffic for its own sake. There is no schedule and no obligation to publish weekly. A page goes up when we have something worth saying that we are tired of explaining twice a month, which is also, incidentally, the approach we recommend to clients asking about content and search visibility.
If there is a question you would like answered here, write to us. Several of these pages exist because somebody asked.
Have a question these do not answer?
Ask it directly and you will get a straight answer from somebody who understands the technical detail and the commercial consequences.
